This particular mix is designed for a long interval run (it's a little over an hour altogether)- walk or jog during the slower songs and run or sprint during the heavier tunes. The chilled out songs still have a great beat so you don't fall asleep and the tempo picks up throughout the playlist to keep you going strong.
